Happy Saturday!

Firstly, good morning. I'm currently lounging on my couch with my cat and dog, attempting to gather myself. It's one of those mornings where the last thing you want to do is move or even exist. You know the kind of morning I'm referring to? One thing I consistently forget to do when I first wake up is take my morning medications, which include my vitamins. Although I'm not a doctor and cannot offer medical advice, I can share that my B12 and multivitamin seem to provide the boost I need to start my day. My B12 is reputed to:

- Boost energy levels

- Improve memory

- Help prevent heart disease

- Potentially improve mood and symptoms of depression

- Support healthy hair, skin, and nails

My daily multivitamin is said to enhance vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin D levels, as well as self-reported perceived immune status. Particularly, inadequate vitamin D levels can increase susceptibility to infection. Essentially, a multivitamin serves to bridge the nutritional gaps in our diet. Once again, I am not a doctor and cannot offer medical advice, and I strongly recommend consulting your doctor before adding any supplements to your regimen.

As on aside, I'd like to mention that I'll be trying mushroom coffee and will keep you updated on whether I make the switch and if it is any good. Some say it is while others disagree so we shall see! Let me know what you think in the comment section!
